Throughout the course of each performance I approached individuals at random, then asked them if they would be willing to join me on a short excursion. If obliged, I would take them to a candle-lit table for two in a scenic location. There we would have a conversation about heartbreak over a glass of wine. Once the conversation had concluded, I would return to the exhibition and commit a portion of our conversation to memory via typewriter.
